FOR ACTION: Technology Requirements for Distance Learning

Dear SWWHS Families,

In order to ensure students are ready for distance learning, please urgently act on this for each DCPS student in your home:

1 - If your student has device at home that they will use for distance learning, please ensure the device supports the DCPS specifications they will need to access lessons and class work. Find information here: https://dcpsreopenstrong.com/resources/technology/ 

2 - PLEASE complete the DCPS Tech Survey at dcps.tech/survey. It's important to complete it for each DCPS student in your home, as it is how DCPS knows how many devices to allocate to each school. 

3 - IF you will need a DCPS-issued device for your student, please SIGN UP HERE to schedule a pick up appointment at SWWHS (2130 G St., NW) on Wednesday, August 19,  Wednesday, August 26 and Friday, August 28.
