National Awards and Distinctions

SWWHS is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. In 2010 and 2018, SWW was recognized by the U.S. Department of Education as a Blue Ribbon School, and is ranked #1 in District of Columbia Schools, #2 in DC Metro Area Schools, and #90 in US News and World Report 2021, and ranked #1 in District of Columbia Schools, #2 in DC Metro Area Schools, and #72 in US News and World Report 2020.
