Dear School Without Walls Parents and Students,

 

School Without Walls High School has received data from the DC Health Immunization Program that our current immunization rate is 66% as of October 26, 2020.

 

We are aware you should have received a letter from the DC Department of Health (DC Health) if your student is not current with their immunization. It is important that students and families help reduce the spread of vaccine preventable diseases to their community and in their school.

 

To help increase compliance rates, we are sharing this information, and ask that you respond quickly, consult your students’ pediatrician, or The DC Department of Health for vaccine details.
